Worn at Hyper Japan 2014 (Sunday) my Mistress 9 cosplay from Sailor Moon felt so good to finally finish as it had been a planned costume for years! The skirt is purchased but the top was tailor made! More information about how I made this is on my CosplayIsland page. (Photo taken by Tes Lord)
